Apink

Blackpink
Blackpink is a South Korean girl group formed in 2016 by YG Entertainment. The group consists of four members: Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa. The group debuted on August 8, 2016 with the release of their first single Square One.
Blackpink was created through the survival show “Solo” where they competed against other trainees from YG Entertainment to become part of a new girl group.[1] They were introduced as “YG New Girls” before debuting under their current name.[2] In October 2017 they released their first mini album Square Up which debuted at number one on Billboard World Albums Chart and Gaon Album Chart,[3] selling over 1 million copies within its first month.[4][5] They have won several awards including Artist Of Year at Gaon Chart Music Awards 2018[6].
Girls’ Generation (SNSD)
Girls’ Generation is a South Korean girl group formed in 2007 by S.M. Entertainment and consisting of nine members: Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung (Sooyoung later left the group in 2016), Yoona (Yoona later left the group in 2017), Seohyun, and Jessica.
